Maybe I am just in a bad mood from the lack of sleep but I thought this was awful. There are things about her writing that really bug me. Like her inability to surprise me while making me feel like I should be surprised for some reason. It was pretty predictable. Anyway...I kept reading into the wee hours of the morning in search a good feeling. Wow...I really am in a bad mood.
(A Waste of Sleep...the original title of this post. After I woke up a bit more I realized that it didn't make sense)

Nathan and I felt the same way! We were so excited to read it- but the first 2 were so much better. Katniss was either drugged or hiding in a closet having a panic attack for 3/4 of the book. Then there was the hastily wrapped up ending... Ug. I really wanted to like it :(
I know what you mean! I was so excited to get my hands on it, but the ending just made me sad. It seemed a little depressing.

I completely agree. I've had to stop talking about the book, it just makes me upset. I was SO disappointed. ;(
So sad to hear - I was excited to read this but haven't heard many good things.
