Holy cow, I'm sore. One of the sisters at church taught a yoga class yesterday morning. I could only stay for half the class and I still am feeling it... It was intense.

That sounds like so much fun! I want to hurt from yoga. I went on a painful bike ride yesterday. Does that count? Is Jimmy still playing soccer?
The boys are watching Surf's Up for the 2nd time today and it makes me think of him. What was his reaction to Dave's attack? Had he seen sharks where he surfed?
